The children of the 7th grade of Sotiras Primary School in collaboration with the Sotiras Community Police Department, the Famagusta Police Department, the Parents' Association and the Sotiras priesthood organized on Thursday, November 2013, 8 at 30:XNUMX am, day "I ride safely in a clean environment".
The event included a briefing / lecture for cyclists by a member of the Famagusta Community Police on the rules of safe use and handling of the bicycle. The cycling, in which 34 students of XNUMXth and XNUMXth grade participated, who were accompanied by their teachers, started from the school and had as destination the chapel of Agios Antonios.
Members of the Community Police accompanied the students all the way for the safety of cyclists.
In the area of the chapel of Agios Antonios, the first elder George Ioannou spoke to the children about the life and miracles of the Saint. Members of the Parents' Association offered the children a healthy breakfast. The children enjoyed playing in the natural environment, took care of the cleanliness of the space and returned safely to their school.
