Pavlos Kontidis took the 12th place of the World Championship that took place in Barcelona, Spain. There were strong winds, rains and waves during the races, resulting in races on three of the six days.
According to a press release, Kontidis started very well and was 5th in the standings, but the only three races of the finals that took place were disastrous for our champion who fell to 12th place in the end.
In his statements about the race, Pavlos Kontidis stated that this was the last race for this year.

New Zealand's Tom Saunders was crowned world champion, followed by Ireland's Finn Lynch and Croatia's Tonci Stipanovic.
