A millionaire businesswoman in Thailand was found dead and cemented inside her own refrigerator.
Traces of Wannee Jiracharoenying had been missing since Friday, October 18 in the Chiang Mai area of northern Thailand.
Anxious, her 58-year-old brother Woraphan Jiracharoenying traveled to the area to find her, as he did not reply to his messages.
Her body, according to the Mirror newspaper, was found on Sunday, October 27, cemented inside her refrigerator.
Authorities are investigating the case and looking for a person of her friendly environment, who is also ignored, and it is estimated that she may provide information about the death of the 58-year-old, who is known for her charitable activities.
According to the police, large sums of money have been withdrawn from Wannee's bank account after her disappearance, while her car and her cards have also disappeared.
The woman's body was discovered after neighbors complained about an unpleasant odor coming from her home.
The body of the 58-year-old was transported to Maharat Chiang Mai Hospital for identification and autopsy.
