The 39-year-old, as shown by the examinations she underwent, has unusually large ovaries, as a result of which she gets pregnant almost every time she has sexual intercourse without precautions. And if you do not "get the numbers", Mariam got married at 12. Before she turned 13, she gave birth to twins, while at 36 she had 44 children, giving birth to quadruplets five times, triplets four times and twins six times.

"My mother is emotionally overwhelmed and we help her where we can, especially in cooking and washing, but she still carries all the weight," Ivan confesses.
Mariam, however, is accustomed to the very difficulties, as before she even had twins at the age of 12, she lived the nightmare every day.
Her mother had left her family, staying with her abusive father. When he remarried, her mother poisoned her five older brothers, who died.
