Child rescue: A delivery man from Vietnam managed to save an infant who fell from the balcony of the 12th floor of an apartment building. Naturally, the 31year was described as a hero by the media.
Child rescue: What exactly happened
Nguyen Ngoc Manch was in his car on a street in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi. The 31-year-old man was waiting to make a delivery when he heard a child crying. A woman started screaming in fear and he went out to see what was happening. At first he thought a child was just whining. but he realized something else was happening.
"I saw a little girl climbing the balcony railing," 50 meters from the ground, said the 31-year-old. The man then got out of the car and climbed into an awning of the building, to be closer in case the little girl fell. "I climbed a two-meter high roof to find a better place to catch the child," he said, still trembling from the incident.

As the child began to fall, the deliverer slipped, but was thrown forward, hoping to at least prevent her from falling directly to the ground. "Fortunately, the baby fell into my arms. I hugged her hurriedly and then I saw blood coming out of her mouth. It was scary". The little girl was taken to the National Children's Hospital of Vietnam, where doctors found that she had a dislocation in the hip, but no other injuries and they put a plaster cast on her.
