From tomorrow, the free distribution of self-tests to the citizens will finally start from the pharmacies, the supply of which started today. Although their dispensation was to start today, there was a delay and so on Tuesday the citizens will be able to get them.
Those who have completed their vaccination regimen will be able to get a free package of five self-tests from pharmacies, in an effort to detect any cases in time during the holiday season.
The self-tests will be provided by the pharmacies contracted with GESS, with the beneficiaries presenting proof of identification. Those who have completed their vaccination scheme and are not beneficiaries of GESS will be able to receive the self-tests from points that will be indicated to them in each province. It is noted that the self-tests ordered can also detect the Omicron mutation.
