Following a proposal by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth, Prodromos Prodromos, the Council of Ministers approved on Thursday the creation of a chair of Cypriot Studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, according to a previous announcement of the President of the Republic.

On the basis of the consultation between the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth and the Aristotle University, A Memorandum of Cooperation is being prepared to be signed between the two parties, refers to an announcement of the Ministry.
