The Medical Services of the Ministry of Health maintain an open line of communication with the Bicommunal Committee for Health, in order to take immediate measures to deal with the deadly coronavirus at the control points to and from the occupied areas.
The Director of Medical Services Elisabeth Konstantinou stated on the show Alpha Information that the competent services of the Republic of Cyprus follow the recommendations and instructions of the World Health Organization and the EU bodies involved.
"It is chaired by the Director of the Institute of Neurology and Genetics, with whom we have spoken to do his own actions so that there is coordination."
Ms. Konstantinou pointed out that the fact that the virus is spreading in most European countries is worrying, given the close relations maintained by the Member States.
