Exceptions to safepass control using the CovScan application will be announced shortly.
Following the pressure from the Pancyprian Association of Retail Trade and the Pancyprian Association of Supermarkets but also the technical problems that arose during the control of safepasses, the Ministry of Health, according to reliable sources of ThemaOnline, will announce exceptions including:
- Those over 65 years old and those under 18 years old
- Tourists who do not have a European certificate.
According to our sources, the Ministry of Health will proceed with arrangements for the Turkish Cypriots.
