"The Ministry of Health must announce the protocols so that couples who have their weddings planned for the summer know under what conditions and under what restrictions they can get married. "Couples may choose not to get married if the protocols are not in line with the way they would like to get married."
"There is reluctance on the part of couples, no one wants to get married with 900 cases a day," he said.
