A special song about the tragedy of the enclosed city of Famagusta was released by the foreign band Main-De-Gloir. The video entitled "Varosha Ghost Town" also has a very impressive video with graphics representing the invasion that shows the pain for the city with a child inside as the protagonist.

De-Gloir is an experimental, post hardcore, electronic rock and roll band from Hrodna, Belarus. The band was formed in May 2010. They perform original songs, as well as metal covers of songs by other artists, mainly Taylor Swift.
In the introduction of the song it is noted in Greek-English-Turkish:

"Once one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. A fast-growing tourist area with incredible hotels, glamorous shopping areas and sandy beaches, a favorite destination of celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor and Brigitte Bardot.

But everything changed in August 1974. During a military operation in Cyprus, when Turkish troops took control of the city.

The whole population fled, fearing a massacre. "People thought they would be back in a few days, but 47 years have passed since then, but the city remains deserted to this day."

The video clip shows a child who left home after 1974 and has now grown up with the misery of returning.

At the end there is an opinion attributed to Aristotle saying "It is not enough to win a war. The most important thing is to organize Peace "
