A case involving a non-commissioned officer of the National Guard, who uploaded homophobic and abusive content on social media, is being investigated by the Ministry of Defense.
The Press Representative of the Ministry of Defence, Andreas Stylianou, was hosted by Protoselidos who stated that the investigations have begun.
He pointed out that the non-commissioned officer's social media account has been closed and taken down.
"The process has taken its course and very soon we will have results. We respect each one individually and do not separate anyone. It is an isolated incident that the authorities will take immediate and drastic action," he said.
