The Famagusta District Court today sentenced a 45-year-old man from a village in the Free Province of Famagusta to 31 days in prison immediately.
The incident took place in the early morning hours of the above date in a well-known nightclub in Paralimni.
The Court (Judge M. Papathanassiou), concluded that the conditions for the suspension of imprisonment are not met and ordered the immediate imprisonment of the young man.
