The General Electoral Commissioner announced that all the candidacies for election to the office of the President of the Republic are valid and final.
According to the PPA, after the submission of the candidacies for the election of the President of the Republic and after the expiration of the deadline for any objections, all the candidacies are valid and after that, the voting for the election of the President of the Republic will take place on Sunday, January 28 , 2018.
The Election Commissioner adds that for this purpose the preparation for the printing of the ballots has already begun.
As announced by the General Commissioner, the names of the candidates on the ballots, according to the relevant Legislation, will be in the following horizontal order, in a separate numbered column:
1. CHRIST CHRIST
2. MICHAEL MONTH
3. NIKOLAS PAPADOPOULOS
4. NIKOS ANASTASIADIS
5. HARIS ARISTEIDOU
6. ANDREAS EFSTRATIOU
7. CHRISTAKIS KAPILIOTIS
8. GEORGE LILLIKAS
9. MALAS CROSS
The ballots will also include the photos, as well as the emblems declared by the candidates, adds the General Commissioner.
