Components
- 1 pack of traditional sheet
For stuffing
- 100 gr. slice
- 100 gr. unsalted anari
- 100 gr. various grated cheeses (edam, gruyere, halloumi)
- 50 g cream cheese
- ½ κ.γ. dry mint
- Freshly ground pepper
For the spread
- 1 egg diluted in a little water
- Sesame
Execution method
For stuffing
- Melt the feta and the dull in a bowl with a fork.
- Then add the remaining ingredients for the filling and mix until you have a thick filling.
For assembly
- Preheat the oven to 200ο C in the air.
- Open the sheet with a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- Then, divide the sheet with a sharp knife into strips and put in each of a 1 tbsp. from the filling.
- Fold in a triangle taking the upper right corner and bring it to the lower left corner making a triangle.
- We continue with the same process with the other lanes.
- Place the cheesecakes in a pan with oil paste and spread them with egg,
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Leave to cool for 10 minutes and serve.
