Components

  • 120 gr. oats
  • 80 gr. grated coconut (if you do not like coconut you can use oats)
  • 100 gr. chocolate couverture, melted in a baking pan
  • 120 gr. salted peanuts
  • 80 gr. walnuts
  • 80 gr. hazel
  • 100 ml of water
  • 150 ml of honey
  • 50 gr. cocoa
  • 1 kg vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 pinch of coffee
  • 50 gr. dried grapes

Execution method

  • Beat the oats in the food processor with the knives until it becomes powder. Once it is ready, we empty it into a large bowl. In the same way, beat the grated coconut and add it to the bowl with the oats.
  • Next, beat the nuts in the food processor until they are quite crushed but not powdery. We are careful not to hit them because they will produce oil and we do not want that. Add this mixture to the bowl with the oats and coconut and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well with a spoon to have a uniform mixture. Spread oil glue on a baking tray and spread the mixture by pressing with your hands to be evenly distributed and to have the same thickness in all places. Flatten the surface with a spatula.
  • Cover with a film and put in the fridge or freezer for at least 3-4 hours until it stabilizes. Cut into pieces and enjoy!

"If we do not have a multi-cutter with a large bucket, we can do the same process with a small multi, but dividing our materials into 2 portions to be mashed. They are kept wrapped in foil in the freezer for 1 month! "
