Peppers stuffed with feta

Delicious and easy peppers with feta. An original appetizer, a very nice summer meze.

Components

  • 8 medium long peppers
  • 500 gr. feta, melted
  • 200 gr. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 4 and others olive oil
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of oregano

Execution method

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • In a bowl add the feta cheese, cream cheese and milk, oregano and pepper and mix well until they become a firm cream.
  • Rinse the peppers and cut them into stalks, remove the seeds and fill them with the filling with a spoon.
  • Cover them with the stalks and place them in an oiled pan.
  • Brush the peppers from the top and bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Take them out on a plate, sprinkle with oregano if desired and serve.
