Delicious and easy peppers with feta. An original appetizer, a very nice summer meze.

Components
- 8 medium long peppers
- 500 gr. feta, melted
- 200 gr. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 50 ml of milk
- 4 and others olive oil
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of oregano
Execution method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- In a bowl add the feta cheese, cream cheese and milk, oregano and pepper and mix well until they become a firm cream.
- Rinse the peppers and cut them into stalks, remove the seeds and fill them with the filling with a spoon.
- Cover them with the stalks and place them in an oiled pan.
- Brush the peppers from the top and bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Take them out on a plate, sprinkle with oregano if desired and serve.
