Execution time: 25 minutes

Servings: 20

 Components

  • 250 gr. peanuts, roasted
  • 250 gr. hazelnuts, roasted
  • 250 gr. powdered sugar
  • 50 gr. sunflower oil
  • 100 gr. cocoa
  • 100 gr. chocolate couverture, finely chopped
  • 200 gr. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 gr. various cookies

Execution method

  • We take the roasted hazelnuts, peanuts and sunflower oil and transfer them to the multifunction machine with the knives and grind them until they are completely dissolved and become like a very thin paste.
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate and start beating them until our mixture becomes thin.
  • This will take about 4-5 minutes. Add the chocolate and beat for 10 seconds until melted.
  • Finally, add the melted butter and mix with a whisk.
  • Add the cookies and mix with your hands.
  • Put a piece of oil paste on the workbench, spread the mixture and wrap it in a roll. Tighten and cover the roll with a film.
  • Put in the fridge or freezer for at least 3-4 hours until it stabilizes. Cut into pieces and enjoy!

Tip

The recipe can be made fasting if we use fasting cookies and margarine instead of butter.

Delightful chocolate praline log with biscuits. A very simple recipe that will impress everybody!

Waiting timeTwo hours

Preparation time:  25 minutes

Servings: 20

Ingredients

  • 250g peanuts, roasted
  • 250g hazelnuts, roasted
  • 250g powdered sugar
  • 50g sunflower oil
  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 100g Courveture chocolate, chopped
  • 200g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500g different types of biscuits

Method

  • Add the roasted peanuts and hazelnuts, sunflower oil to a food processor and process them, stopping every minute to check the mixture. There should be no nut pieces nor should it be a hard, crunchy paste. The longer you process, the smoother the mixture will become, because the nuts release their oils as they break down.
  • Then, add the other ingredients except for the chocolate and start to beat them until the mixture becomes thin. This will take about 4-5 minutes. Add the chocolate and beat for 10 seconds until it melts.
  • Finally, add the melted butter and stir with a whisk.
  • Add biscuits and mix to combine well.
  • Lay a large sheet of parchment paper on the working space and spread the mixture over it.
  • Use the parchment paper to turn it into a log.
  • Roll tightly and cover the log in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, until firm.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Cut into slices and enjoy!

Tip

The recipe can also be made vegan by using vegan biscuits and margarine instead of butter.
