Healthy pancakes with banana and oats

Components

  • 200 gr. powdered oats (beaten in the multi)
  • 200 gr. yoghurt
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs divided into yolks and whites
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 2 and others honey
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. baking soda
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

For serving

  • honey
  • bananas
  • walnuts

 Execution method

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, until they become puree.
  • Add the milk, yogurt, honey, yolks and mix well.
  • Add the oats, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Incorporate the meringue and continue mixing.
  • In a moderately hot pan add a little olive oil and put about 2 tbsp. from our mixture. We may need to spread the mixture a little with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake until it turns brown from the bottom, turn over and bake for another 1 minute until done on the other side.
  • Repeat the process until our mixture is finished.
  • Transfer the prepared pancakes to a plate and add honey, extra bananas, nuts or whatever you want.
