Components
- 200 gr. powdered oats (beaten in the multi)
- 200 gr. yoghurt
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 eggs divided into yolks and whites
- 50 ml of milk
- 2 and others honey
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
For serving
- honey
- bananas
- walnuts
Execution method
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, until they become puree.
- Add the milk, yogurt, honey, yolks and mix well.
- Add the oats, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Incorporate the meringue and continue mixing.
- In a moderately hot pan add a little olive oil and put about 2 tbsp. from our mixture. We may need to spread the mixture a little with the back of a spoon.
- Bake until it turns brown from the bottom, turn over and bake for another 1 minute until done on the other side.
- Repeat the process until our mixture is finished.
- Transfer the prepared pancakes to a plate and add honey, extra bananas, nuts or whatever you want.
