Components
• 250 gr. roasted hazelnuts
• 150 gr. honey
• 100 ml of water
• 4 tbsp. cocoa, sifted
• 50 gr. chocolate couverture, finely chopped (optional)
• 1 pinch of salt
Execution method
• Take the roasted hazelnuts and transfer them to the machine with the knives and grind them until they dissolve completely and become like a very thin paste.
• Then add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate and start beating them until the mixture becomes thin.
This will take about 4-5 minutes. Add the chocolate if desired and beat for 10 seconds until melted.
• Store the praline in a small jar for at least 1 week out of the fridge and in the fridge for even longer.
