Invitation for submission of applications by unemployed under the Plan "Unemployed Training Programs" for learning the Russian language addressed by the Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA), while the Applications start on Friday, December 3, 2021 and end on Monday, January 10, 2022. 

According to a press release issued by the Press and Information Office, the purpose of the training programs is to provide training opportunities for the unemployed to learn the Russian language. Participation in training programs broadens the prospects for reintegration and better integration of the unemployed into employment while each program includes 100 hours of institutional (theoretical and practical) training in a certified Vocational Training Center (KEK), which has been selected after a relevant competition.

It is also clarified that for each unemployed person participating in the program, the training allowance of € 5 per hour of training will be paid, ie € 500 per trainee for the entire training and the contributions to the Social Insurance Fund, the Social Cohesion Fund and the GESS, according to the provisions of the relevant legislation.

It is also mentioned that in the training programs are eligible to participate persons who are registered as unemployed in the Register of Public Employment Service (PES) during the period of submission of their applications for participation in the programs.

Unemployed people with previous work experience in the hotel sector, the last two years before the start of the invitation have priority.

Finally, it is noted that applications are accepted from Friday, December 3, 2021 until Monday, January 10, 2022 at 14:00 only in electronic form through the website of the HRDA at www.anad.org.cy
