"The Renaissance of Deryneia wishes Happy Birthday to the historic Anorthosis Famagusta Association which today celebrates its 107th anniversary.
January 30, 1911. Day of the founding of the Anorthosis reading room in Varosi. 9 years after 1920, a group of progressive residents of Deryneia was founded, led by the teacher Eleftherios Iakovou Montanio, the "Reading Room of Omonia" which was later named "Educational Association of the Renaissance of Deryneia", based on the Articles of Association of Anoro.
