The first coach of the month for this year's football season is the coach of Ethnikos Achnas, Giotis Engomitis.
According to an announcement, Giotis Engomitis won the title of Coach of the Month for September as 10 of his 11 colleagues gave him their vote, estimating that his work at Ethnikos Achnas deserves praise.
Engomitis left behind Timur Ketspaia and Henning Berg who tied for second place. Both Ketspaia and Berg were also voted in by 10 of their 11 colleagues.
Each month, the 12 coaches of the Championship vote with points 5, 3 and 1 for their colleagues who they consider worthy of praise.
The Coaches Association highlights for the fifth consecutive year the best coach for each month of the football season.
In the first four games of the championship, Ethnikos Achnas achieved two victories, winning Enosi and Nea Salamina, while it drew with Doxa.
