The Municipality of Paralimni invites those interested to submit a proposal for a musical concert with a Greek / Cypriot traditional / folk program to be held on the evening of Easter Sunday (May 5, 2024) in Agios Georgios Square in Paralimni.
In cases of submission of proposals that include the participation of a well-known artist from Cyprus or Greece, the offers must be accompanied by a certificate of artist representation.
Bidders can be production offices, organized cultural Ensembles, individual artists.
All the above contributors must have experience in organizing events (resume to be submitted) and have all their tax obligations settled by any Government Agencies.
Priority will be given to productions of a high artistic level.
Proposals should only include the artistic part of the performance / event. The technical infrastructure (lights, sound, platform) will be provided by the Municipality of Paralimni.
The Municipality of Paralimni is not obliged to accept the lowest or any proposal.
Proposals must be submitted and delivered by email to the Municipality of Paralimni no later than Friday, April 12, 2024 at 12 noon to the address info@paralimni.org.cy with the title: "Call for proposals for the presentation of an artistic event on Easter Sunday ” and be accompanied by a completed application which is posted on the link:
