The Cyprus University of Technology, the Agricultural Identity and the Municipality of Sotiras organize the informative meeting of the European research center on the topic:
"Agricultural Identity: Recognizing the Authenticity and Enhancing the Competitiveness of Local Traditional Products of the Agro-food sector."
The lecture will take place tomorrow Thursday, February 7 at 6 pm at the Municipal Theater Sotira.
The project is co-financed by the Interreg VA program "Greece-Cyprus 2014-2020" and is co-financed by the European Union (ERDF) and National Resources of Greece and Cyprus.
The organizers ask the public to come with seeds or other propagating material from traditional plant varieties, with samples of fermented products (trachana, yeast, moogra, arkati, cheese, etc.). The material will be collected for conducting innovative authentication analyzes.
