A wonderful musical evening was experienced by the audience on Sunday evening at the XENION amphitheater in the company of Mikris Rebetes.
Mikri Rebetes excited the audience with rebetika songs by Vassilis Tsitsanis, Manolis Chiotis, Giorgos Mitsakis, Giorgos Zambetas and Markos Vamvakaris.
In the company of Michalis Hatziimichail, Dimitriana Dimitriou and Eleni Mavroudi, Mikri Rebetes sang favorite songs. They were followed by Andreas Georgiou on bouzouki, Konstantinos Liotatis on guitar, Leontis Georgiou on accordion, Alexandros Charalambous on baglama and bouzouki, Anastasios Anglogalou on piano, Melios Theodorou and Chrysostomos Francis on percussion.
In the packed XENION amphitheater, Mikri Rebetes under the direction of maestro Giorgos Dimitriou, gave unique moments to the audience by performing hits.
The Zorpas dance school participated in the musical performance, while all the income from the entrance was allocated for a charitable purpose, to the scholarship fund of the metropolitan church of Agios Georgios Paralimnios and will be allocated to students.
