A new documentary about Freddie Mercury will air on BBC Two in November, focusing on the story of the "remarkable last chapter" of his life.

Entitled "Freddie Mercury: The Final Act", the documentary will capture events from the Queen's last concert, his death in November 1991 from AIDS complications, to a tribute to the legendary rock singer on the 20th. April 1992 at Wembley Stadium in London.

The documentary will include new interviews with Queen members Brian May and Roger Taylor, Freddie Mercury's sister Kashmira Bulsara, friends Anita Dobson and David Wig and personal assistant and friend Pound. Also featured will be Extreme Concert Artists Gary Cheron of The Extreme, Roger Daltrey of The Who, Joe Eliot of Def Leppard, Lisa Stansfield and Paul Young, and concert supporter Harvard .

Those who have seen the impact of HIV / AIDS firsthand, including doctors, survivors and human rights activists such as Peter Thatchel, have also given interviews for the documentary.
