Certainly the trash can is not the cleanest and most fragrant item in the house. Especially in summer, due to the high temperatures, it smells more.
But that does not mean that there is no way to keep it so that your whole house is not filled with bad smells. Definitely the key is to throw away the bag when you put in some food that has a very strong smell. But what else can you do?
First do not forget and do not neglect to wash it, every two or three days and pass it with bleach to disinfect and remove odors. If it still smells bad, then try the following trick:
Place and spread a newspaper on the bottom of the bucket and pour enough Greek coffee on top. Put the garbage bag on top normally, as you usually do. The smell of coffee will defeat the unpleasant odors and will relieve you.
