Anger and sadness have been caused by the video clip entitled Bulaman which was shot in central parts of Varosia and is in the process of being edited for publication.
The video stars the popular singer in the Turkish pop scene originally from Famagusta Niyahet also known as Nini. Niyahet lives permanently in Istanbul and according to its statements, it was her personal desire, the shooting to take place in Famagusta. As soon as I was allowed to enter Varosia, I immediately thought that something like this was something I really wanted to do, says the singer. My goal was to promote the image of my city of Famagusta, to the whole world, complements.
According to the video director, the choice of Famagusta was made deliberately as the history of the city is valuable and in this way both the city and the so-called TRNC are promoted.
Photos from the shooting of the music video in the enclosed and ruined Famagusta were given on t / k sites and on social media. In the Turkish media it is promoted as the first video clip shot in the city - ghost.
