The same announcement emphasizes that a critical condition for the success of any national health system is the correct, rational planning and ensuring sustainable conditions of participation of health care providers, stressing that this is unfortunately not the case for GESS, creating great uncertainty and concern in society. for its implementation.

The announcement states that from the very beginning PASIN asked OAU to provide the necessary information that answers reasonable questions of its Members regarding their sustainable participation in the system, ensuring the maximum risk: the continuation of the provision of quality health services to patients .

To date, the announcement continues, these data have not been given and we are facing ongoing communication tricks and deadlocks cultivated by OAU. "Unfortunately, the promises for the selection of doctors and hospitals seem to be broken, because the plans of GESS and OAY do not allow renowned health professionals and private hospitals to join GESS. So in the face of the need to protect the viability of nursing units and the high level of health services.
