A cultural event dedicated to the shepherd is organized tonight by the Cultural Association of THOI Avgorou in collaboration with the Famagusta Provincial Welfare Association for the Elderly.
The event entitled "Egio Voskos I was born" will take place tonight at 6:45 in the First Municipal School of Avgorou.
The musical group of Michalis Hadjimichael participates.
In the area of the event there will be an exhibition of traditional professions while for the visitors there will be a tasting of dairy products.
The event is under the auspices of the Secretary of the Council of Ministers Theodosi Tsiola and the President of the Pancyprian Federation of Elderly Welfare Associations, Metropolitan of Kyrenia Chrysostom.
