A Christmas Charity Market by the Mayor of Ayia Napa Mr. Christos Zannetos and Mrs. Giannoula Zannetos was held in Ayia Napa last Saturday 16/12 dedicated to the Pan-Cypriot Association of Cancer Patients and Friends "PASYKAF" and to the Association "Autism Support Famagusta".
In the area there was a market for Christmas compositions, decorations and food while a consecration took place. Politicians, MPs, mayors, municipal councilors and community leaders of the province of Famagusta also attended the charity market.
The Mayor of Ayia Napa in a post stated that "we support the work, volunteerism and tireless efforts of all those who daily struggle and support our fellow human beings and children for better days, giving them strength and hope, through the claim to improve services and ensure the quality of life".
In turn, Koula Ioannou, president of PASYKAF Famagusta and member of the Central Board of Directors of PASYKAF Cyprus, wrote in her post "They welcomed us to their place, proving once again that love can stand against the disease of cancer and the need of fellow human beings them. Love, solidarity, equality and philanthropy are great virtues these days, which they demonstrate every day. May God always bless you, dear friends, you and your wonderful children, may you progress and prosper. All the best to your home".
