The Municipality of Agia Napa informs you that in the northern parking area of the "ANTONI TSOKKOU" Primary School there will be a mobile unit for information and collection of hazardous household waste in the various bins.
The hours that the unit will be in our area are from 10:00-13:00. Monday 15/01/2024 until Friday 19/01/2024
On Tuesday 16/01 and Thursday 18/01 the unit will operate from 12:00-15:00.
The categories of hazardous household waste are as follows:
– Small electrical and electronic devices
– Pesticides, fertilizers and insecticides
– Lubricants, engine oils
- cleaning products
– printer inks/toners
– paints/varnishes, paints, solvents, varnishes
- pharmaceutical products
– household batteries
You are advised that it is strictly forbidden to deposit waste outside the mobile unit both during operating hours and when the unit is closed.
The Project "Separate Collection and Management of Hazardous Waste from Households" is financed by the Norwegian Funds and implemented by the Department of Environment in collaboration with the Nicosia Development Company (ANEL).
