Cape Greco: A fire burned 2,5 hectares of wild vegetation

A forest fire inside the Cape Greco National Forest Park was brought under full control.

According to the Department of Forests, the fire that broke out at 12:50 was brought under control at 13:40 after it burned 2,5 tenths with low wild vegetation.

Four people from the Forest Department attempted to extinguish the fire with one fire truck and four people from the Fire Service with two fire trucks.

The exact causes of the fire are being investigated.
