The District Secretariat of the Democratic Alarm of Famagusta announces the announcement of an alternate election for the position of District Secretary of DISY Famagusta, which has been vacated after the resignation of the competitor Mr. Floros Tsangaris for personal and professional reasons.
Applications will be accepted at the District Offices of DISY Famagusta in Larnaca on Friday, November 1, 2019 from 09:00 am to 12:30 pm.
According to the party's statute, all members who are registered in the Register of Members of DISY Famagusta, three months before the date of submission of candidacies, ie with a date of registration or transfer before August 1, 2019, have the right to submit a candidacy. liabilities for the year 2019 (including the contributions of elected or other party officials).
The by-election is held by the District Council, which will meet on Saturday, November 16 at 10:30 am at the District Offices of DISY Famagusta in Larnaca. According to the Party Statute, the members of the District Council who have settled their financial obligations for the year 2019 (including the contributions of the elected or other party officials) have the right to vote.
