With events, parades and solemn eulogies in all the Municipalities and Communities, the province of Famagusta celebrates the National Anniversary of March 25, 1821.

Paralimni
The provincial student and military parade of Famagusta will take place in the Municipality of Paralimni at 11 in the morning along the 1st of April Avenue with the participation of the banners of the Municipalities and Communities of Famagusta, drawers and reserve members of the National Guard, public, private and public and technical education, associations, scouts and guides, catechism meetings as well as the Symphony Band "Harmony" of the Municipality of Paralimni.
The greeting will be received by the Most Venerable Metropolitan of Constantia-Famagusta, the Minister, MPs, Mayors, Commune Mayors and Municipal Councilors of the province of Famagusta, the Military Commander, the Police Director, the Chief of Staff of Styrmos and Pyrmos. Paralimni High School coordinates and organizes the parade.
It will be preceded at 9:30 a.m. Festive Divine Doxology at the Metropolitan Church of Agios Georgios Paralimni, officiated by the Most Venerable Metropolitan Constantius-Famagusta Basil. The Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Giannis Karousos, will be present on behalf of the Government. The solemnity of the day will be announced by the Chairman of the Committee of the Educational Service, Panagiotis Antoniou. Then wreaths will be laid at the Monument of Heroes.
At 6:00 p.m. The Flag Submission will take place at the City Hall of Paralimni.
Derynia
In the Municipality of Deryneia, the solemn doxology will be performed at 9 in the morning at the Church of All Saints. The Mayor of Deryneia, Andros Karagiannis, will deliver the solemn speech of the day, while the Government will be represented by the General Director of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, Andreas Grigoriou. A parade along Famagusta Avenue will follow at 10 in the morning.
Sotira
In the Municipality of Sotiras, a Solemn Doxology will be performed at 9:15 in the morning at the Church of the Resurrection of the Savior. The solemnity of the day will be delivered by the Member of Parliament for Famagusta, Nikos Georgiou. It will follow at 9:45 a.m. Trisagio at the Monument of the Fallen and Missing Savior and laying of wreaths.
It will follow at 10:00 a.m. Parade along Arch. Makarios C 'Avenue. Salvation Schools and Organized Ensembles take part. The Sotiras Catechism Band is playing. The salute of the parade will be received by the Mayor Sotiras Mr. George Takkas. At 6 in the afternoon, a Flag Submission will be held by the Mayor Sotiras, Georgios Takkas.
Αγία Νάπα
In Ayia Napa the Festive Doxology will be performed at 9 in the morning at the Holy Temple of Panagia Ayia Napa. The Festive of the Day will be delivered by DIKO Famagusta MP Christos Senekis. On Saturday, March 26, at 5:30 pm, a reenactment of the Battle of Ayia Napa will take place in Ayia Napa, which is claimed to have taken place on March 17, 1826.
Avgorou
In the community of Avgoros the Festive Doxology will be performed in the Holy Temple of the Apostles Peter and Paul. The Solemnity of the Day will be announced by the Vice President of the State Scholarship Foundation, Socrates Frangou. A parade will follow along Karyon Avenue.
Festive Doxologies, celebrations and parades will be held at the other local authorities.
