The Mayor of Gialousa, Panagiotis Hatzipantelis, recently visited the Archangel Michael Cathedral to inspect the repair work carried out since last October by the Bi-Community Committee for Cultural Heritage and the United Nations. The visit took place together with the Bishop of Karpasia and according to the Commonwealth of Gialousa, the goal is to inaugurate the repaired church again next September and to perform a divine service.
