After many years of efforts and efforts, completed yesterday (November 4, 2021) through the embassies of the Archangel Michael, the restoration works of the Holy Temple of the Archangel Michael Aigialousis.
The Most Theophile Bishop of Karpasia Mr. Christoforos together with the Commonwealth of Aigialousis Mr. Panagiotis Hatzipantelis received the Church yesterday from the UNDP.

As President of this beautiful Town, I want to thank first of all God who required us to reach this result. I want to thank our Bishop for his tremendous efforts. I would also like to thank the occasional member of the Archangel Ecclesiastical Committee for their contribution to the trial. I would like to thank the big and small benefactors for their contributions (list of names will be made public as soon as the legal audit by the competent department of the Holy Archdiocese is completed. I would also like to thank the members of the Gialousa Community Council for their help. The Commission, the UNDP, the Architects and Engineers, contractors and subcontractors and in general all those who contributed to the work that was done.A wide meeting of all the organized ensembles of Gialousa will be convened soon to discuss and decide together with the Holy Diocese of Karpas inauguration of the now Renovated Temple.
