Police have released the name of the unfortunate woman who was found floating dead Sunday night in the pool of her house by her husband.
This is Maria Celeste Rodriguez Moore, 57 years old from Portugal, a permanent resident of Liopetri.

According to the facts, the 57-year-old was located last night by her husband at the bottom of the pool of their villa in Liopetri.
According to the Police, around 23:00 last night, a 72-year-old Briton, a permanent resident of Liopetri, located his 57-year-old wife from Portugal unconscious at the bottom of the pool of his villa.
The 72-year-old entered the pool and tried to get the woman out of the water, but he did not succeed. Then, while the man was out of the pool, he slipped, resulting in a broken leg.
An ambulance picked up the man and transported him to the TAEP of the General Hospital of Famagusta, where he was kept for treatment.
Men from the Xylofagos Police Station and the Famagusta Police Department went to the scene and pulled the dead woman from the bottom of the pool with the help of members of the Port Police.
The body was inspected without any injuries or external injuries, however the exact causes of death of the 57-year-old will be determined during the legal autopsy that will be performed tomorrow Tuesday.
The case is being investigated by the Xylofagou Police Station.
