The works in the Ayia Napa Marina continue with "full" rhythms, said the managing director of the Marina Stavros Karamontanis.
"All the projects in the Ayia Napa Marina will be ready at the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, we are talking about all the residential development. Let me remind you that since last summer the part of the sea has been operating normally, ie the port part where the berths were opened last summer 2020, and this year the commercial zone will be piloted, while at the same time the work on the towers will continue " .
Asked about tourism, Mr. Karamontanis said that "unfortunately the pandemic is among us, all countries have their problems. I am not at all optimistic about tourism this year, I would say that it will be in the best scenario as it was last year, that is, in a very bad situation ".
Regarding the noise with the naturalizations of Marina, he expressed his regret for everything that is heard and done, stating that "projects like the Ayia Napa Marina, with investments over 300 million, with jobs, with incredible social benefits, with incredible economic injection in the region, contributions to the social security funds, to the GESS, taxes, we are talking about over 20 million benefits to the state funds ".
