Panathinaikos was the winner of the 1st "Paralimni Volleyball Tournament" that ended on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the Paralimni Indoor Hall.
According to an announcement by SKOK, in the Final the "greens" beat Nea Salamina with 3-0 sets and won the title. In the Small Final, ENP won APOEL with 3-1 sets and secured the 3rd place.
Regarding the final, Panathinaikos did not leave room for reaction to the "red and whites" beating them with 3-0 sets (25-16, 25-15,25-14). Tsatsic and Ragel stood out from Panathinaikos, which actually made its first two friendlies in the Paralimni tournament. Nea Salamina was strengthened in the Final and by Dereck Guimont they had A. Chrysostomou and Nomistu for the best.

The winner in the Small Final, winning the 3rd place, was the ENP. imposed on APOEL with a 3-1 set with a reversal. Giannis Laiou's APOEL managed to lead 1-0, winning the first set 25-22. Then the Union of Nikos Roumeliotis reacted and after a 1-1 draw winning the second set 25-20 went up winning the third set with 25-15 to overturn the score. The fourth and decisive set ended in the "purple" that prevailed 25-21, winning 3-1.
