The nine migrants who were found in a boat in the morning off Cape Greco finally passed through the free areas.
According to the police, although around 15.30 at noon, the migrants expressed the desire to leave and headed to the port of occupied Famagusta, eventually stranded in the dead zone near Kapparis.
Then they walked and passed in the free areas.
They are seven men and two women from Syria.
Members of the police went to the spot and the appropriate procedures are being followed to transfer them to the Pournara accommodation center.
