The Mayor of Paralimni, Mr. Theodoros Pyrillis, does not intend to run for the Presidency of the District Council of Famagusta, according to his post on his personal Facebook account.
The reason for the post below seems to have been online polls regarding the position of the President of the Famagusta District Council, which also included the Mayor of Paralimni.
Mr. Pyrillis wanted to emphasize that he does not intend to run for the Presidency of the District Council, and called on the citizens not to support him with their vote in online and other polls, regarding the above issue.

With this post, I would like to inform everyone that I do not intend to run for the Presidency of the District Council.
