Shoplifting and car theft took place last night in the free province of Famagusta.
According to the Police, last night there were six burglaries in shops in Liopetri and one in Ormidia. During the night, there were also three car thefts in Xylofagou and two in Liopetri.
Strangers stole small amounts and small items, while a check was stolen from the cars, among other things, which was canceled, as well as personal items of the owners of the vehicles, but of small value.
The cars were parked in open spaces or parked on sidewalks.
In order to locate the perpetrators, the Police collected various items that were found in the scenes, while examining the closed monitoring circuits that existed in the area where the burglaries and thefts took place.
The cases are being investigated by the Famagusta TAE.
