The cleaning campaign "Let's Do It! Cyprus - I clean Cyprus "which will last from 2 to 7 April 2019.
The Xenion Education participates for another year in this voluntary action with the slogan "Let's clean Fig Tree Bay", emphasizing the need to raise public awareness of the natural beauties of our place, which are a pole of attraction for foreign and local visitors.
Those interested in contributing to the efforts of Xenion students can meet them today at 2:00 p.m. at Fig Tree Bay.
A few words about Let's do it Cyprus
This campaign, which has been running every year since 2012 under the auspices of the Environment Commissioner, is part of the 'Let's do it World!'
The campaign is based on the mobilization of volunteers. In fact 'Let's do it World!' is the largest volunteer program and the largest citizen movement ever organized in the world!
In April 2018, more than 46,000 volunteers participated in the pan-Cypriot campaign, ranking Cyprus in the 6 countries, among 120 countries, that achieved the voluntary participation of 5% of the country's population in this action.
