"This decision is expected to contribute to the proper staffing, the smooth and efficient operation of our schools and the smooth start of the new school year," he added.
The Ministry of Education states that according to the decision of the Council of Ministers, the total of 120 posts of First Appointment and Promotion that are defrosted or Promotion in all the Educational Directorates, are distributed as follows:
1. Higher and Higher Education: Two (2) positions in total as follows: One position of First Education Officer, Class A14 (ii), One position of Senior Education Officer, Class A13 (ii)
2. Secondary Education: Ninety-eight (98) positions in total as follows: Two (2) positions of First Education Officer, Class A14 (ii), Three (3) positions Inspector AD, Class A13 (ii), Sixteen (16 ) positions of School Principal, Class A13, Seventy one (71) positions of Assistant Director AD, Class A12 (ii), Six (6) positions of Assistant Director, Class A12.
3. Secondary Technical and Vocational Education: Thirteen (13) positions in total as follows: One (1) position of School Principal, Class A13, Three (3) positions of Assistant Director AD, Class A12 (ii), Nine (9) Positions of Assistant Director, Class A12.
4. Primary Education: Seven (7) positions in total as follows: Three (3) positions of Principal of Primary Schools, Class A12 (ii), Primary Education, Three (3) positions of Assistant Director of Primary Schools, Class A11 (ii) ), Primary Education, One (1) position of Assistant Director of Primary Education Schools, Class A11 (ii), Pre-Primary Education.
Finally, he states that within the next period, the thawing and filling of the admission positions that will result from the above promotions are expected.
