Three skyscrapers, 165, 148 and 147 meters high, respectively, are to be erected on the Limassol coast, as preliminary permits for the project have already been issued.
The largest of the three skyscrapers will reach up to 37 floors.
The project is called "Lanitis Seafront" and will cost around € 150 million.
It will include apartment buildings, shops, offices, gym, spa, apartments, parking lots and three swimming pools.
Specifically, 1500 underground car parks will be constructed, of which 900 will be public.
The construction of the "Lanitis Seafront", which will be erected at a point near the twin towers, will be completed in 2023.
