As we conveyed to you before, today, Wednesday 25 July 2018 at 10:30 am took place in the Holy Diocese of Constantia and Famagusta in Paralimni under the chairmanship of the Most Venerable Metropolitan of Constantia and Famagusta Mr. Vassilios, a coordinating meeting between the representatives , of the Police Directorate, the Civil Defense, the Army and the media of the Province of Famagusta, on the subject of supporting the fire-affected areas and our affected fellow human beings in Greece.
After receivedif the real needs are taken into account, as expressed by the affected Greek local authorities, it was decided unanimously by all stakeholders not to send clothes and food, since for this issue there is already fullness and perhaps over-coverage of existing needs.
Instead, a coordinated District BLOOD DONATION will take place in collaboration with the Blood Bank of the General Hospital of Famagusta, tomorrow Thursday 26/7/2018 from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. at the Spiritual Center of the Metropolitan Church of Agios Georgios Paralimni located next to the Holy Diocese of Constantia Famagusta.
