Annita Dimitriadou submitted her resignation from the position of Deputy General Director of the Cyprus Tourism Organization (CTO) last night during the Board meeting.
The resignation of Mrs. Demitriadou has immediate effect and she returns to her previous duties, in the Directorate of the Quality Department of the CTO.
It is recalled that last October, the Board of Directors of CTO had decided to remove Ms. Demitriadou from this position due to the audio document that was released and referred disparagingly to members of the Board.
She then appealed to the Court and following a decision of the Administrative Court, she returned to the helm of the General Directorate of CTO.
However, yesterday she resigned as her relations with the members of the Board were strained.
