Apart from the well-known and not exceptional beaches in Protaras and Ayia Napa, the free Famagusta has many more surprises to show, of course it is enough to want to escape - at least for a while - from the trivial.
For example, the beach in the photo belongs to Sotira and is called "Katerko", according to publication of the popular City Free Press website.
It is a tiny (as we write in the title) beach, between Poseidon beach and Sirines beach, Agia Thekla and you will find it between rocks and near the dirt road.
This is a very small cove with blond sand!
The beach, due to its size, is not organized, but it is an "oasis" in the rocky landscape.
